The Emily Griffith Foundation has been working to provide education for “all who wish to learn” by funding the Emily Griffith Technical College. It is the most affordable post-secondary education institution in the region and their goal is to let someone transition from learning to earning as quickly as possible. They have one of the highest program completion and job placement rates in Colorado. Since their foundation in 1916, they have educated over 2 million people.

Mission Statement: The Emily Griffith Foundation aims to provide financial support to Emily Griffith Technical College (EGTC) in the areas of student scholarships, capital improvements, innovative projects, instructional equipment, endowment and other needs that cannot be funded by the school’s regular financial sources.

Our Connection:

Board Discretionary Grant. The Skees Family Foundation began working with the Emily Griffith Foundation in 2015. We saw they were making a huge difference and provide a strong education to people who normally wouldn’t be able to obtain it, and we wanted to play a small role in their success!
