BESO

BESO Foundation provides access to quality education, health services, and economic empowerment for women and children through agriculture in rural Uganda. So far, they have opened several schools, provided education and housing to thousands of students, and created hundreds of jobs. The organization helps to establish cooperatives and savings accounts, which support employment and economic development.

Mission Statement: The mission of BESO is to improve the lives of children and women in rural Uganda through access to quality education, health services and economic empowerment.

 

Our Connection:

The Skees Family Foundation began working with BESO in 2016. Their mission fits perfectly with ours, and we were very excited by how much they have scaled. We look forward to seeing what they will be able to accomplish in the years to come.
